The Nocatee Welcome Center is not only a great resource for prospective home-buyers, but it is also designed to serve Realtors. This one-stop-shop is the place for visitors to view interactive maps, and receive a community overview and is also home to Nocatee’s Realtor Client Central Registration Program.

A Realtor can register a prospect by accompanying them to the Nocatee Welcome Center on their initial visit. The Registration Form must be signed by the prospect and Realtor in order to be accepted.  A PARC Group Representative must also sign.

As a Nocatee site agent, you have been granted access to the list of Prospects that Centrally Register w/ a Realtor in the Nocatee Welcome Center within the last 60 days.
