The letter must be written on the institution’s letterhead and include the contact information of their representative, your name, and a verification that that funds necessary to purchase the homesite and home are available. Buyers for the Intracoastal homesites must receive funds verification for at least $3 million, and buyers for the preserve homesites must receive funds verification for at least $1.8 million.
