Crosswinds at Nocatee will include 215 single-family homes and villas, ranging from approximately 1,500- 2,300 square feet. Crosswinds will be located at the northeast intersection of Pine Island Road and Crosswater Parkway, walking distance from Pine Island Academy - the new K-8 St. Johns County School. Neighborhood design is underway, and the neighborhood is anticipated to open in 2024.
