Splash Water Park, one of Nocatee's most popular recreational attractions, is a resort-style water playground and a major destination spot for Nocatee residents of all ages. The Nocatee Splash Water Park is available to Nocatee residents only and their accompanied guests. Climb to the top of the slide tower for a panoramic view over all of Nocatee and catch thrilling rides down the twisting Rip Tide Slides. Or settle into a comfy tube and drift away the afternoon on the Lazy Tides River. Park amenities include plenty of opportunities for water enthusiasts.

For the adventurous, Rip Tide Slide is an exhilarating experience and boasts the highest water slide tower in Northeast Florida. The park’s signature high-speed thrill ride includes two slides, both offering exciting corkscrew turns, twists and slippery slopes for two very distinct experiences. Smaller kids enjoy Splash Cove, a shallow-access pool and interactive playground with a maximum depth of 18 inches. The lagoon pool is perfect for all ages, and the Lazy Tides River is the place to relax while enjoying 450 feet of slow-moving current floating in a tube and taking in the scenery of tropical rock outcroppings and plant life, waterfalls and geysers. A rapid-tide whirlpool tucked within a corner and water spray features provide relief from the Florida sun.

The new and exclusive adult enclave is perfect for residents 21 and older looking for an escape, which includes separate restrooms and direct access to the bar and concessions. The private pool features a beach entry, sun shelf and ample seating.

The poolside Cabana is a covered, open-air venue complete with a summer kitchen great for hosting parties and other outdoor gatherings, and a full menu of food and snacks is offered at the Sun Deck.

Nocatee’s Splash Water Park also features a 377 foot zip line, just over 35 feet high. Residents soar at over 37 miles per hour from the Rip Tide Slide Tower across Splash Water Park, above the Lazy Tides River and through the palm-tree canopies, landing on the park’s western lawn.

Splash Water Park boasts multiple family pools with shallow-entries, children’s sprayground and an abundance of deck space, shade and covered seating areas.
