Looking to escape the harsh New England winters, David and Jennifer discovered Nocatee online. They loved the look and feel of the community, in addition to its proximity to the beach, Jacksonville, and St. Augustine.
"We came to visit and fell in love with the Nocatee lifestyle: from Splash and Spray Water Park to the peaceful Greenway Trails, we knew we had found the place we wanted to call home."
David and Jennifer knew that Greenleaf Village was the perfect neighborhood for them.
"Greenleaf Village was the perfect fit for our family. There are so many families with kids of all ages here- it's great to stroll past Greenleaf Park and see all the kids playing and the dogs in the dog park. It's just a wonderful place to raise a family."
We asked David and Jennifer to describe their perfect day in Nocatee.
"We'd get up, eat breakfast on the lanai, then go to the Water Parks. (Our daughter loves the water slides!) Then we'd go to St. Augustine for lunch and spend some time in the historic district. Later, we'd go for a bike ride on the Greenway Trails, then head over to the beach for a picnic dinner and to watch the sunset."
