Vicky and Austin, a growing family of four, wanted to make sure the community they would call home would be the right fit. After touring Nocatee and viewing Twenty Mile the decision was clear.
The building process also proved to be a fun and special experience.

Describe your perfect day in Nocatee
"My ideal day is going to Splash or Spray Water Park, a favorite for my son and me. After a nice afternoon at Splash, going home and having a family dinner, then ending the day with an evening family bike ride. We enjoy the Twenty Mile Park, just a quick walk from our front door, making for a perfect day in Nocatee."
Vicky and Austin knew Twenty Mile Village was the perfect neighborhood for them.
“We love Twenty Mile Village. It's wonderful! We fell in love with the old St. Augustine look. The community is surrounded by large oak trees with hanging Spanish Moss. It feels like we are in the woods. It's like nothing else we have seen in the area. We knew we found our home. We also enjoy being so close to Nocatee Parkway and a quick ride away from Mickler's Beach.”
There are many Nocatee perks that Austin, Vicky and their little ones are excited to experience – Nocatee’s monthly events, group fitness classes, and exploring new hobbies with the community's various clubs and interest groups.
