Jeanne and David's condo was too small, so they began to look for a new home. Everyone told them how much they would love Nocatee's well-preserved community.
"We love the amenities and being so close to the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway. Lakeside appealed to us because it's in the center of all the action, where all the shops and restaurants are. We also liked the Key West style of the homes."
Jeanne and David knew that Lakeside at Town Center was the perfect neighborhood for them.
"We like walking to the Town Center to get a cup of coffee, and being so close to nature. Our perfect day in Nocatee would definitely be outside! We love to kayak, ride our bikes on the trails and go to the beach. We especially love the Splash and Spray water parks"
