After retirement, Larry and Lynn wanted to be closer to their two granchildren. They made the move from Delaware to Florida, and never looked back.
"We came down to visit, and just loved the community right from the start. You're really buying into a terrific lifestyle: it's very active with a lot of amenities, plus we've found it's been a great chance to meet a lot of new people!"
Larry and Lynn knew that Del Webb Nocatee was the perfect neighborhood for them.
"Our perfect day would begin with us playing golf or tennis, then going over to the clubhouse for a swim in the pool. Later in the evening, we'd go spend some time with our son and grandchildren, who are just 20 minutes away now."
