Your privacy is important to SONOC Company, LLC (“SONOC”).  SONOC has created this Web Site to inform its users about the Development know as the Town of Nocatee (“Nocatee”).  To better protect your privacy, SONOC provides this notice to explain SONOC’s online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.  However, SONOC is not liable to users for any damage resulting from use of this Web Site, nor is SONOC in any way responsible for the conduct of its users, or information exchanged on this Web Site.  If, through your use of our Web Site, you believe you have been the victim of a crime or other illegal activity, please contact the appropriate authorities.  By accessing and remaining on this Web Site, printing or downloading materials from this site, or using this site in any manner, you as the "User" agree to the Terms of Service and Conditions for Use set forth herein and on the links identified below (collectively the "Terms of Use").

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

SONOC does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis.  For example, such personally identifiable information may be obtained when a request is submitted in the Register for Information section.  In the Register for Information portion of this Web Site, you can make requests and register to receive materials.  No personal information should be provided in this Web Site by minors under the age of 18.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
