
Nocatee's Fitness Club is a 5,000 square-foot facility that
offers plenty of room for group exercise and personal
fitness. Furnished with a full complement of state-of-the-art
cardio and strength-training equipment, the Fitness Club is located
adjacent to Crosswater Hall and the Splash Water Park.
Nocatee residents and guests can tackle their fitness regimens
while enjoying a great view of Splash Cove. It is designed to
offer residents all they need to achieve their fitness goals in a
fun and vibrant environment.
At the Nocatee Fitness Club, top-notch personal trainers and
group fitness instructors are available to personalize your
exercise plan. A Fitness Orientation is held twice per month by the
trainers to teach residents about proper equipment usage.

Optimal Flow Yoga - Provides an experience with yoga to enhance
your daily activities and engage in an active lifestyle with
fullness. This class moves at a pace to optimize the potential for
increased mobility and vitality. Alignment instructions will
empower students to move with a greater sense of confidence,
stability and freedom...perfect for students looking to increase
strength, flexibility, focus and the ability to relax.
Pilates - Seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and
control of the body. It builds strength, teaches body awareness,
good posture and easy, graceful movement.
Tone & Sculpt - Dynamic, low-impact workout. Alternate using
hand weights and bands with step aerobic routines to maximize
toning and calorie burn. It's fun, effective & challenging.
Zumba - A high energy Latin Dance Aerobics class that blends
Salsa, Samba, Cumbia and Bahliwood music and moves to burn fat and
tone your tummy. The time flies because you're dancing - not
"working out". All levels are welcome to join the party.
Latin Buzz - A dance aerobics class combining salsa, cha-cha,
belly dance and a variety of easy to follow dance aerobic steps
with Latin music to create a fun workout. It is a low impact
that can be adapted to any fitness level.
Yoga - Explores the combination of Yoga postures, breathing and
meditation to help achieve unity of mind, body and spirit.
Yoga will improve muscle tone, strength, flexibility and
stamina.
