Nocatee New Home Sales Almost Double in 2011Back to News

The PARC Group, master developer of Nocatee, announced the sale and construction of 315 new homes in 2011, almost double the amount sold in the previous year.  New homes were added in six Nocatee communities by ten different builders.

"We are very pleased with the level of new home sales in Nocatee in 2011," said Rick Ray, Managing Partner for The PARC Group.  With almost 1,000 families in the community, the activities, recreational opportunities and lifestyle options are creating a strong demand for new homes in every size and price.

With this increase in demand, The PARC Group is opening another phase in two of Nocatee's neighborhoods in early 2012, and is planning to open two new neighborhoods in 2012 and another two neighborhoods in 2013. Homes prices start in the $170s.
