Nocatee’s Second Community Park Under ConstructionBack to News
The PARC Group, master-developer of Nocatee, announced that the
construction of the second community park is well underway and
scheduled to open by year-end. Greenleaf Park, located adjacent to
the neighborhood of Greenleaf Village, will be a wooded, passive
park with walking trails, a dog park, sports field and pavilion for
community events and entertainment.
Greenleaf Park is the second community park in Nocatee, the
first being the Nocatee Community Park located adjacent to Splash
Water Park. The two parks are different in design and content
offering Nocatee residents more variety for leisure and
recreation.
"Greenleaf Park has a natural, old Florida look and feel with
trails through green wooded spaces," said Richard T. Ray, Managing
Partner with The PARC Group. "The park will be a passive
recreational focal point for family activities and community
entertainment."
