Nocatee has Record Sales in Second QuarterBack to News
The PARC Group, master developer of Nocatee, announced that 100
new homes were sold in the second quarter, surpassing sales in the
comparable period in 2010 by more than 35%.
"We are very pleased with the continued momentum in new home
sales this year," said Rick Ray, managing partner with The PARC
Group. "New residents can immediately enjoy the Nocatee
lifestyle, with amenities and programs for the whole family.
And with seven communities and eleven builders, there is a home and
neighborhood for everyone."
In 2010, 189 new homes were sold in Nocatee, placing it at the
top of MetroStudy's list as the number one selling community in
Northeast Florida. For the first half of 2011, new home sales are
well ahead of the 2010 pace, and plans are underway to open two new
neighborhoods in 2012. More than 750 families currently live
in the Nocatee communities of Austin Park, Coastal Oaks, Greenleaf
Village, Kelly Pointe, Riverwood, Tidewater, and Willowcove. Homes
prices start in the $170s.
Nocatee is a master-planned community with a balanced approach
