WIN A NOCATEE SPLASH WATERPARK MEMBERSHIP

(Ponte Vedra, FL - May 20, 2011) The builders of Nocatee, a master-planned community in St. Johns County, will be hosting a model home open house in June where one lucky visitor will win a family membership to the new community attraction, the Nocatee Splash Water Park.

During the Taste the Lifestyle Model Home Tour, the public can visit the growing neighborhoods of Nocatee to see first-hand what makes Nocatee the number one selling community in Northeast Florida. The open house is the perfect opportunity to tour Nocatee's builders model homes, see the thriving community's amenities and even take a tour of the Nocatee Splash Water Park.

Visitors can receive a Model Home Tour Card at any of the builder locations or the Nocatee Welcome Center and will receive a stamp at each of the stops on the Taste the Lifestyle Tour. Completed tour cards can be submitted at any tour stop location for a chance to win a 2011 family membership to Splash Water Park, a prize valued at $3,000.

The Nocatee neighborhoods on tour during the event include Austin Park, Coastal Oaks, Greenleaf Village, Kelly Pointe, Riverwood and Willowcove.

The Taste the Lifestyle Open House event will be held from Saturday, June 11th thru Sunday, June 19th. Tour hours are Monday thru Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday's from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. All are invited.
