Ponte Vedra, Fla. (June 29, 2010) - The PARC Group, master
developer of Nocatee, has announced the opening of the new Nocatee
Welcome Center where area residents, homebuyers and retailers can
get all of the latest information on the new Ponte Vedra
community.
Located at Crosswater Hall adjacent to the Nocatee Splash Water
Park, the Welcome Center offers visual displays of everything
within Nocatee, including residential communities, Town Center,
schools and the recreation amenities. "We have already enjoyed a
great response to the Welcome Center", said Rick Ray, Managing
Partner with The PARC Group. "It provides us an opportunity to
personally share the vision of Nocatee and to answer questions
about every aspect of the community".
The Welcome center staff is available six days a week to answer
questions and provide visitors with maps, brochures, flyers and an
overview of the community's builders and products.
The Center has several seating areas, multiple display tables, a
fireplace and a large flat-screen TV featuring a photo collage of
resident activities. It also includes a children's play area and a
refreshment bar in a comfortable home-like atmosphere that
overlooks the community's signature amenity, the Splash Water
Park.
Area Realtors can use the Welcome Center for after-hours events
and activities, along with a private conference room that will also
be available for use by agents and their clients during regular
business hours.
Nocatee's Welcome Center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10
a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 12 to 5 p.m. To learn more
