Nocatee to Open Two New CommunitiesBack to News

The PARC Group, master developer of Nocatee, has announced that development has started on two Nocatee communities, Greenleaf Village and Highland Lakes.  Homes will be offered by five of Northeast Florida's finest builders, with prices starting at $175,000.

"There has always been strong interest for entry-level homes in Ponte Vedra," said Rick Ray, Managing Partner with The PARC Group. "We will be offering quality homes in two new Nocatee communities at a very affordable price."

Located off Valley Ridge Boulevard and directly across from Austin Park at Nocatee, residents of Greenleaf Village and Highland Lakes will enjoy all of the amenities of the Nocatee lifestyle, including unlimited use of the new Splash Water Park.

Greenleaf Village is scheduled to open with selected builders pre-selling in late 2010 and Highland Lakes is planned for a Spring 2011 opening.

The Town of Nocatee is a master-planned new town that spans the northeast portion of St. Johns County and the southeastern corner of Duval County. The Nocatee plan is a balanced approach to development that will provide a wide variety of residential lifestyles, employment opportunities, shopping, schools, civic uses and recreation. Nocatee was named Florida's Best Master Planned Community and Best Green Community in 2008.
