A Red Cross representative will lead an interactive lecture on
the following topic areas: The importance of being knowledgeable
about disasters that effect our area, why we should make disaster
plans, how to make a disaster plan, factors that go into making a
disaster plan, why we should have an out of area contact person,
and what this person should do, the importance of having a disaster
preparedness kit, what should go in a disaster preparedness kit,
and planning for people with special needs. Pre-registration is
