(Ponte Vedra, FL - January 28, 2009) The PARC Group, master developer of the new coastal town of Nocatee, claimed two industry awards at the 2009 Nationals Awards Ceremony in Las Vegas presented by the National Association of Homebuilders.
This annual event provides tough competition across the nation competing in community development, landscaping design, architectural and interior design, sales, marketing and advertising.

The PARC Group received an award for Best Community DevelopmentBrochure and an award for Best Landscaping for a Development. The PARC Group participates in many events coordinated by the local, state and national homebuilders associations each year. They are currently participating in the 2008 Laurel Awards; winners will be announces in early April.
The PARC Group is an industry leader in land development in Northeast Florida. Their collections of new home communities have been recognized for industry excellence many times throughout the years. Most recently, Nocatee was named the 2008 Green Community of the Year by the Florida Homebuilders Association and The PARC Group was named Developer of the Year by the Northeast Florida Builders Association in 2007 and 2008 for Pablo Creek Reserve and Nocatee.
