Ponte Vedra, FL (January 3, 2008) – The PARC Group, master developer of the Town of Nocatee and Regency Centers (NYSE: REG), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers are pleased to announce Publix Supermarket as the anchor retailer for the first phase of Nocatee’s Town Center. The 54,340 square foot grocery store is scheduled to open for business in the summer of 2009.

Regency
Centers, the commercial developer for the first phase of TownCenter, will
develop the 135,000 square foot retail center in the heart of Nocatee. “The
first phase of the NocateeTownCenter is planned for a mix of tenants to
include Publix, several restaurants and banks, and additional retail and service
businesses to serve the shopping needs of Nocatee residents,” said
Fleming.
“We
have been working with Regency since 2006 on the planning and design of Town
Center and look forward to offering a unique environment for shopping and
entertainment in the heart of Nocatee,” said Richard T. Ray, partner with The
PARC Group. Future phases of the TownCenter will be
constructed over time and are expected to include a mix of retail and office in
a cohesive architectural style to include public open spaces, park areas, and
fountains.
The
Town of Nocatee is a
