The beauty of great planning is that Nocatee will always have an abundance of nature to love.  Almost two thirds of the land within the town is dedicated to preservation and conservation of the natural environment. This includes the Nocatee Preserve along the Intracoastal Waterway and an extensive network of green space and wildlife habitats known as the Nocatee Greenway.  Nocatee is, and will always be, a beautiful coastal haven for people and wildlife alike.
